AG Fresh started with a simple frustration: why is it so hard to find food that's actually fresh? Not "fresh" as a marketing word — fresh as in made this week, by real people, with ingredients you can recognize.

We built a weekly kitchen model that flips the script on traditional food service. Instead of making food and hoping it sells, we take your order first — then we cook. That means zero waste, maximum freshness, and food that actually tastes like someone cared about making it.
